1. KYC Mandatory
KYC approval is mandatory for organization activation. Documents uploaded during registration must be valid Government issued ID or Business Incorporation certificates.
2. Admin Responsibility
The Organization Admin is solely responsible for managing users under their account, including adding, removing, and verifying employee identities.
3. Usage Limits
Free plan allows up to 10 users only. Premium pricing applies per user per month beyond 10 members.
4. Zero Tolerance for Fraud
Misuse, spoofing, location mocking, or tampering with GPS/location services is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activities will lead to immediate account suspension.

Data We Collect
- GPS Location (Check-in only)
- Device Fingerprint & Logs
- Attendance Timestamps
- Selfies (Premium Plan)
How We Use It
We use this data exclusively for:
- Attendance authentication & Geofencing validation
- Organization-level Analytics
- Fraud prevention and KYC verification
Payment & Refunds
Transparent billing policies.
Premium Charges
Minimum 10 users required for Premium plan.
Refund Eligibility
Generally, payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle starts. However, we process refunds within 7 days in the following scenarios:
Duplicate Transactions
If you were charged twice for the same invoice.
Technical Errors
If a technical failure prevented account activation after payment.
KYC Rejection
If your account was rejected during onboarding before usage began.
